|Submission||The dossier is submitted in person or by post to the competent People’s Court following legal regulations|
|Processing time||– Time-limit for trial preparation is between 2 and 4 months from the date the Court accepts the petition.
– Time-limit to bring the case to trial is between 1 and 2 months from the issuance day of the decision to bring the case to trial.
